The Texas Coast is cozy and magical! Located at Mustang Island between Corpus Christi (10 minutes) and Port Aransas (13 minutes) - you'll have the best of both worlds near shopping/restaurants - and just a short 1-mile drive to Beach Access Road #2 (not as crowded as beaches close to Port A)! Neighborhood has permanent residents as well as fellow renters! It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Corpus Christi and Port A but just a short and easy drive away!
This is your place to relax and enjoy! Chill out on the beach, drive the beach, explore, people watch, bird watch, shop, be the tourist (while feeling like a local) and whatever else you want to do! It's your time to forget and reboot - that's what we do and that's the experience we want you to have! Please remember that when you get here, you're on island time! Slow down, be safe, have fun and just relax!
Fishing spots galore! If you like or love to fish then this is also your place! Book a bay/offshore trip with professional guides. Fish the surf, jetties or piers on your own! Bring sunscreen, plenty of water and snacks along so you can do something else when you want to! You never know what kind of sea creature you'll encounter and that's fun!

"Shore Beats Work" is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath Modern home that comes fully equipped. The king ensuite encompasses a flat screen tv, walk in closet, and full bathroom with large walk-in shower!!! The second King ensuite bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen tv, work station desk with chair for those that need work space, and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower!!!
On the main level is the bunk room – this is perfect for kids! One set of double-size bunk beds that includes bottom trundle bed with its own full bathroom (with bathtub). Side by side washer and dryer is on the main level, as well as an iron / ironing board.
Make yourself feel at home with the Fully-Stocked chef's Kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee bar, knife set, and all necessary essential utensils for cooking/baking a homemade meal away from home. Open the pantry cabinet and find yourself indulged with an array of glassware (wine/champagne glasses) for a variety of beverages.
This open floor plan layout allows dining for 8, naturally flowing into the living room, which, offers a comfortable environment for family and friends to relax and unwind.

5 Smart TVs with access to Cable, Roku and Free Wi-Fi access through-out the home with a Workstation desk available and Xbox Series S (with free Game Pass!!!) gaming systems, Board games, cornhole, Big Connect Four and playing cards are all Included. The Communal pool is steps from your front door
We provide guests a charcoal grill for personal use at the ground level. No grilling on the balcony / deck area. We ask that guests not leave grilling remnants around the property. If there is damage, we will add an additional waste fee.
Garbage is collected every Friday for those with extended stays needing to utilize trash bins at property - we provide service to take trash bins to curb and return to house.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
No smoking allowed.

No parties or other events allowed.

We reside in our primary home in San Antonio and have a passion for Texas Beaches. We envision ourselves taking some retirement time away at our vacation home, but, first delivery our hospitality services and offering our comfortable home for all to enjoy on their vacation.Amenities
